DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REUNERT LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("RLOIDB")
With reference to the final dividend announcement on Wednesday, 21 November
2007, the Directors of Reunert Limited have declared a final dividend of 241
cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 21 January 2008 to ordinary
shareholders and recorded in the books of the company at the close of business
on Friday, 18 January 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, RLOIDB,
will receive a Reunert Limited final dividend of 241 cents per security on
Monday, 21 January 2008, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 11
January 2008.
RLOIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 14 January 2008, and the record date
will be Friday, 18 January 2008.
