DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBERS 140 AND 141 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PARTICIPATING
PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that cash dividend number 140 on the 6% cumulative
participating preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending
31 December 2007 at the rate of 6% per annum (6 cents per preference share),
together with cash dividend number 141, being the participation dividend of 10%
(20 cents per preference share) will be paid on Monday, 24 December 2007 to all
preference shareholders recorded in the register of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 21 December 2007.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:
Last date to trade cum dividend Thursday, 13 December 2007
Shares trade ex-dividend Friday, 14 December 2007
Record date Friday, 21 December 2007
Payment date Monday, 24 December 2007
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Friday,
14 December 2007 and Friday, 21 December 2007, both dates inclusive.
