RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company
convened on Friday, 23 November 2007 in terms of the notice of annual general
meeting contained in the Simeka BSG annual report issued on 27 August 2007 all
ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Simeka
BSG shareholders.
The special resolutions related to:
a general authority being granted for Simeka to repurchase its shares;
adoption of new articles of association; and
the change of the company name to SIMEKA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS GROUP LIMITED.
The special resolutions will be lodged with CIRPO.
SALIENT DATES IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME

Last day to trade under Thursday, 13 December
the name "Simeka BSG Limited" on
Trade under the new name "Simeka Business Friday, 14 December
Solutions Group Limited" on
Record date Friday, 21 December
Any changes to these salient dates will be announced on SENS.
The change of name will not result in a change to the company`s JSE code, ISIN
number and short name.
