VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that further to a rezoning application made in respect
of portion of the Arlington Racecourse in Port Elizabeth, approval was received
on 22 November 2007 for the establishment of a residential housing estate
consisting of 183 erven and also approximately 4,800 square meters of business
premises. This will now allow for the unlocking of the potential value of this
property and also for the upgrade and further enhancement of Arlington as a
horseracing venue.
