DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC
PLC (INP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 159.5 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Friday, 21 December 2007. The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7
December 2007. The share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from
Monday, 10 December 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 14 December
2007.
