Results of Annual General Meeting
Jubilee announces that at the Company`s Annual General Meeting, held in London
on 26 November 2007 at 10:00am, all resolutions were passed.
During the meeting, CEO Colin Bird also advised that following the Company`s
recent capital raising, a project manager has now been appointed and an
independent contractor selected, to commence a bankable feasibility study on
the Company`s flagship Tjate project.
