TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), a listed
company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is
satisfied, with a reasonable degree of certainty that its financial results
for the next reporting period will differ by 20% or more from those of the
previous corresponding period.
The board of directors of Imuniti hereby advises that they expect to report a
loss and headline loss per share of approximately 0,71 cents, a 99,9%
reduction in the loss and headline loss per share of 539,44 cents for the
corresponding reporting period being the six months ended 30 June 2006.
Subsequent to 30 June 2006, the Company restructured its share capital,
effected the acquisition of subsidiaries and listed on the JSE Limited.
Imuniti will publish its interim results for the six months ended 31 August
2007 before the end of November 2007.
The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or
reported on by Imuniti`s auditors.
