Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above FOSIHB, Hot Enhanced
Distribution Securities ("Hot EDS") advised Holders of the breach of the stop
loss level of R49.30 in the Underlying Share, at the close of business on
Thursday, 22 November 2007. FOSIHB has since has been terminated.
The Rebate payment represents the number of Hot EDS held on 22 November 2007,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Parcel over the two Business Days following
the Termination Date, over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R43.50. This
amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction to STRATE.
The VWAP on Friday, 23 November 2007 = 4858.7 Cents
The VWAP on Monday, 26 November 2007 = 4858.85 cents
The 2 day VWAP = 4858.775 cents
Rebate payment of 508.775 cents
Holders will receive 508.775 cents for every warrant held.
