RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that all but two of the resolutions proposed at
the AGM of TiAuto held on Tuesday, 27 November 2007, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders. The resolutions placing the TiAuto
unissued shares in the control of the TiAuto directors and authorising the
directors of TiAuto to issue and allot TiAuto shares for cash were not
passed by shareholders. The special resolution will be submitted for
registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office
in due course.
