Java Capital (Proprietary) Limited ("Java Capital") is authorised to announce
the results of the private placement of ordinary shares in the company.
Pursuant to the private placement, the company successfully placed all
50 million shares offered with select investors for an aggregate subscription
price of R50 million.
Accordingly, 470 million shares in Buildworks Group Limited will be listed on
the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited ("JSE") with effect from the
commencement of trade on the JSE on Wednesday, 28 November 2007. The shares
will trade under the abbreviated name "Buildwk" with the JSE code "BWK" and
ISIN: ZAE000110219.
