Mr Haroon Lorgat has been appointed to the Board as a Non Executive Director
with effect from 27 November 2007. Mr Lorgat holds a B.Com, CTA (Rhodes), CA
(SA) qualification and is a Chartered Accountant by profession.
Mr Lorgat is the Executive Director of Kapela Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a
BEE private investment business. He previously held the position of senior
partner at Ernst & Young. Between 2000 and 2003 Mr Lorgat was actively
involved in the project team overseeing the 2003 ICC Cricket World Cup in
South Africa.
