Shareholders are advised that Set Point`s annual financial statements for
the 2007 financial year will be dispatched to members on 28 November 2007.
The annual report is also available on the company`s website: www.setpoint
.co.za
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited
annual results for the year ended 31 August 2007 which were published on 30
October 2007. The audited preliminary results of Set Point and the annual
financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc. and their report is
available for inspection at the company`s registered office.

The 9th annual general meeting of the members of Set Point will be held at
Set Point, 30 Electron Avenue, Isando on Thursday 07 February 2008 at 10h00
