CLARIFICATION OF THE REPORT BY THE DIRECTORATE OF MARKET ABUSE
Shareholders are referred to the report by the Directorate of Market Abuse
("DMA") of the Financial Services Board ("FSB") released on 27 November 2007.
Shareholders are advised that the FSB has confirmed that the insider trading
investigation referred to in that announcement does not in any way involve the
company nor does it represent an investigation into the affairs of the company
and that, accordingly, no action is being considered against the company or its
chairman.
It is understood that the DMA is taking legal action against a director of Cape
Empowerment Trust Limited (who did not trade) and two directors of other group
companies for alleged contraventions of the applicable legislation. Dynamic
will keep shareholders informed of the final outcome of the investigation and
any legal action to be taken by the FSB.
