Applicants are referred to the ZRNDHDG and ZRNDPLY Portfolio Supplements as
mentioned in the announcement dated 12 November 2007.
Following the closing of the initial offer and ramp-up period, participatory
interests have been allotted to successful applicants; with 54,252,000
participatory interests in ZRNDHG and 51,654,000 participatory interests in
ZRNDPLY having been allocated. All applicants who subscribed for participatory
interests have been allocated the full number of interests subscribed for.
In terms of the "Schedule of Fees and Costs" detailed in each Supplement, an
"Initial Fee" (the "fee") of a maximum of 0.25% plus VAT of the consideration
received from an investor was to be levied, for the benefit of the
distributor. As stated in the Supplements, this fee is levied on a
discretionary basis. Any distributor wanting to claim the distribution fee
must do so before 31 January 2008. Please contact the Zshares call centre for
further information on 0860 ZSHARE (0860 974273).
Post the listing date, being 4 December 2007, this fee will be waived in terms
of any future applications made and accordingly this fee will thereafter not
be applicable to future investors in ZRNDHDG and/or ZRNDPLY.
