Posting of SA Reit`s annual report and details of the annual general
meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
information regarding the annual report and annual general meeting is set
out below.
Annual report
Further to SA Reit`s audited results for the year ended 31 August 2007,
published on 1 November 2007, the annual report was posted on Thursday, 29
November 2007. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of SA Reit will be held at
Suite 102, First Floor, Intaba, 25 Protea Road, Claremont, Cape Town on
Friday, 25 January 2008 at 10h00, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
