DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SABMILLER PLC -HOT ENHANCED
DISTRIBUTION SECURITIES ("EDS") - ("SABIHB")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SABMiller plc
have declared an interim dividend of 106.2592 cents per ordinary share based
on an exchange rate of US$:R = R6.6412 payable on Friday, 21 December 2007 to
ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 30 November 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities,
SABIHB, will receive a SABMiller plc interim dividend of 106.2592 cents per
security payable on Friday, 21 December 2007 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 23 November 2007.
SABIHB Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 26 November 2007, and
the record date will be Friday, 30 November 2007.
