NOTICE OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO 125
Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 125 for the six months
ending 31 December 2007 at the rate of 5 1/2 percent per annum (5.5 cents per
share) be and is hereby declared payable to shareholders recorded in the books
of the company at the close of business on 28 December 2007.
The last day to trade "cum" dividend will be Wednesday, 19 December 2007. The
shares will commence trading "ex" dividend as from Thursday, 20 December 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 28 December 2007. The dividend will be paid
on Monday, 31 December 2007.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Thursday,
20 December 2007 and Friday, 28 December 2007, both days inclusive.
