DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased 3 000 Premium linked
units at a price of R13.50 per linked unit, with a total value of R40 500.00 on
29 November 2007.
Alec Wapnick, Premium`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
33.3% in the share capital of Tomnef. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have indirect non-beneficial holdings of 33.3%
each in the share capital of Tomnef. Clearance to deal was received in terms of
paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
