LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES ("DEBENTURES")
NewGold has issued an additional 2,800,000 debentures following subscriptions
in respect of 27,656 fine troy ounces of gold bullion. The debentures were
listed with effect from commencement of business today, as follows:
- 400,000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of approximately
R57.30;
- 1,600,000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of
approximately R55.50; and
- 800,000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of approximately
R55.40.
