Following the closing of the initial offer and ramp-up period, letters of
allocation ("LOA") were allotted to successful applicants on 30 November 2007.
The number of LOA`s allotted to investors in ZRNDHDG was 54,252,000. A
conversion ratio of 0.0451 (rounded) has been applied to each LOA, resulting
in 2,447,583 participatory interests in ZRNDHDG to be listed on 4 December
2007.
The number of LOA`s allotted to investors in ZRNDPLY was 51,654,000. A
conversion ratio of 0.0407 (rounded) has been applied to each LOA, resulting
in 2,102,251 participatory interests in ZRNDPLY to be listed on 4 December
2007.
All applicants who subscribed for participatory interests have been allocated
the full number of interests subscribed for.
