Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 28 June 2007,
17 August 2007, 28 September 2007 and 9 November 2007 and are advised that the
negotiations referred to therein have been terminated. Accordingly, caution is
no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in the
Company`s securities.
