RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Metrofile Holdings shareholders ("shareholders") are advised that at the annual
general meeting of shareholders held on Monday, 3 December 2007, all the

circulated together with the annual financial statements, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
