Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 3 December
2007, entitled MAJOR BOOST FOR SIMMERS` MPUMALANGA PROJECT, detailing drill
results from one of Simmers` 43 surface gold exploration targets in Mpumalanga.
The tables were out of alignment in the SENS announcement. For ease of
reference, the tables are set out correctly hereunder. In summary: the drill
results produced gold grades that were materially higher than initially
indicated in the concept study. Simmers` economic cut-off for heap leach
projects is a recovery grade of 0.2g/t.
The quality controlled laboratory results for 1,593 metres of chip samples (38
boreholes) are as follows:
