SHAREHOLDER - CONFIRMATION OF SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement dated 4 October 2007
and the circular posted to shareholders on 26 November 2007 regarding the
subscription by Jurgenleigh Investments (Pty) Limited of 25.1% of the enlarged
issued share capital of Dialogue, subject to certain conditions precedent
("the transaction").
Notice of general meeting
A notice convening shareholders to a general meeting and form of proxy was
incorporated in the circular posted to shareholders. A general meeting will
be held at Dialogue House, Rua Vasco daGama, Foreshore, Cape Town, 8001 at
10:00 on Tuesday, 11 December 2007 to consider and if deemed appropriate, to
pass, with or without modification, the ordinary resolutions necessary to
approve and implement the transaction.
