RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN ROLE OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors announces the resignation of Mr BK Wong from
the board of IFCA with effect from 30 November 2007, due to his planned
relocation to Australia.
The Board of Directors of IFCA would like to thank BK for the immense
contribution he made to the company.
Mr Craig Christensen the Deputy Chief Executive Officer will take over the
role as Chief Executive Office with immediate effect.
