RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Command shareholders was held on Tuesday, 4
December 2007. All the ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 9 November 2007, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution
will be lodged in due course with the Registrar of Companies for registration.
