CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Retirement
Datacentrix announces the retirement of Gerhard Uys, as a director and an
employee, with effect from 29 February 2008 after 21 years as CEO and co-
founder.
Appointment
The board of directors ("the Board") is pleased to announce the appointment of
Ahmed Mahomed as Group CEO from 1 March 2008. Ahmed has been in the IT industry
for 10 years, the last 5 years as managing director of the Infrastructure
business of Datacentrix, and Chief Operating Officer of the Group for the past
year.
Board composition
The above changes will result in the Board having an 86% black representation
and a 43% female representation by 1 March 2008.
