RESULTS OF PRIVATE PLACING AND LISTING OF ERBACON ON THE ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE OF
THE JSE LIMITED
PSG Capital (Proprietary) Limited ("PSG Capital") is authorised to announce that
in terms of the private placing of shares in Erbacon, as detailed in the
Abridged Prospectus published on the Securities Exchange News Service and in the
press on 29 November 2007, shares at a price of R2.75 per share were placed with
select investors ("the private placing"). The private placing was substantially
oversubscribed.
LISTING OF ERBACON
As the required public shareholder spread has been achieved pursuant to the
private placing, the listing of all of the issued ordinary shares of Erbacon on
the Alternative Exchange ("ALTX") of the JSE Limited has become unconditional.
Accordingly, 116 364 364 ordinary shares in the share capital of Erbacon will be
listed on ALTX from the commencement of trade on Friday, 7 December 2007. The
shares will trade under the abbreviated name "ERBACON", with share code "ERB"
and ISIN ZAE000111571
