shareholders are advised that the JSE, FTSE and Dow Jones have formally
approved the transfer of Purple Capital`s listing from the "Financials -
Equity Investment Instruments" sector to the "Financials - General Financial"
sector of the JSE list, effective Monday, 24 December 2007.
