CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF INFOWAVE ("THE BOARD")
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, and pursuant to the transaction announced by the company on 21 November
2007, InfoWave hereby advises shareholders that Mr Sibusiso Shabalala has been
appointed Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with effect from 5 December 2007. Mrs
Tiffany Dunsdon, the previous CEO, will now become the Commercial Director of
the company.
