FINAL DISTRIBUTION
Unitholders are advised that all Prima assets have been realised and all
liabilities have been discharged.
Formalities relating to the winding-up of Prima have been completed and final
regulatory documents are in the process of being submitted to the Financial
Services Board.
A final distribution of 1.11 cents per Prima unit, payable in cash, will be made
on Friday, 14 December 2007, to Prima unitholders recorded in the register on
Friday, 24 February 2006.
