to unprecedented demand for the aforementioned EDS, an adjustment has been
made to increase the issue size to 1,420,000 EDS. This adjustment will be
effective from 10 December 2007. The warrant is exercisable only in
accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering
circular.
