Changes to the Board
The Board of ADvTECH Limited, the education, recruitment and human
resources group, announces that Mr Michael (Motty) Sacks has decided to
reduce his working commitments and will step down as chairman with effect
from 31 March 2008. Mr Sacks will however continue as non-executive
director thereafter.
Mr Sacks was appointed non-executive chairman of ADvTECH on 15 September
2005 and has been a non-executive director on the Board since 2001. He has
enjoyed a long and distinguished career as a director of several companies
and institutions, and ADvTECH is delighted that he has agreed to continue
to serve as a non-executive director.
The Nominations Committee of the Board of ADvTECH has been tasked to
interview and recommend a suitable candidate for appointment as non-
executive chairman, and the outcome of these deliberations will be
announced in due course.
ADvTECH thanks Mr Sacks for his strategic leadership and the operational
contribution he has made over the past years, which has seen the Group
enjoy continued growth and success.
