POSTPONEMENT OF LISTING
Due to unfavourable market conditions and negative sentiment surrounding
the retail sector, Headquarters has been unable to raise the minimum
subscription imposed by the JSE Limited ("JSE").
For the reasons stated above, the directors of Headquarters have decided to
postpone the listing of Headquarters on the Alternative Exchange until
further notice. All subscription money received from applicants will be
refunded by the company. The company extends its thanks to the support
received by numerous investors and brokers to date.
