ACQUISITION OF SURGICAL INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY
ANNOUNCEMENT
Myriad is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement, subject to
certain conditions precedent, to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of
Surgical Innovations (Pty) Ltd (SI). Surgical Innovations currently trades as a
close corporation which will be converted to a company prior to Myriad assuming
control of SI.
SI markets and distributes leading medical devices in the fields of: urology,
ear, nose and throat, vascular, neuro-surgery, general surgery, gynecology and
ophthalmology.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
Myriad`s securities until a detailed announcement is made.
