Further to the announcement dated 8 November 2007 giving the salient dates of
the mandatory offer to acquire shares held by Samroc minority shareholders for 1
cent per existing ordinary share (10 cents per new ordinary share following the
1-for-10 consolidation)("the offer"), the results of the offer are as follows::
