In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings
Requirements, Masonite shareholders are advised that Mr H M Coghlan and
Mr D G Ellis, both non-executive directors of Masonite, have resigned
from the board of Masonite with effect from 4 December 2007.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr C A Virostek and Mr M M Clark
have been appointed as non-executive directors on the board of Masonite
effective 4 December 2007.
