UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 1 November 2007 and 23
November 2007 and are advised that due to a back-log at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Office ("CIPRO") the special resolutions passed at the
annual general meeting of Simeka shareholders on 23 November 2007 are still
pending registration by CIPRO. Accordingly, the salient dates and times
relating to the change of name will be revised. These revised salient dates
and times will be announced on SENS as soon as possible after the special
resolutions have been registered.
