AUDITED RESULTS
Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2007 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2007 was posted to
shareholders on Thursday 13 December 2007 and contains no modifications to the
audited results which were published on 30 October 2007. Shareholder`s
attention is drawn to the detailed business segmental disclosure which can be
found on pages 156 - 157. The annual financial statements were audited by
Deloitte & Touche and their report is available for inspection at the
company`s registered office.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The one hundred and twelfth annual general meeting of Pretoria Portland Cement
Company Limited will be held in the Hilton Hotel, Rivonia Road, Sandton, on
Monday 28 January 2008 at 12:00 for the purpose of conducting the business as
stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the 2007 Annual
Report.
