CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
in respect of a change to the Board of Directors, Hospitality is pleased to
announce to its unitholders that Mr William Midgley has been appointed as an
Independent Non-Executive Director to the board with effect from 2 January 2008.
Mr Midgley is an attorney (admitted 1985), conveyancer and notary and has had
extensive experience in the fields of general commercial law, mergers,
acquisitions and JSE and SRP issues, with particular emphasis on property law
and the listed property sector. He joined Edward Nathan in 1991 and resigned as
a director in June 2006, to join Pangbourne Properties Limited, which he had
been advising for a number of years. Mr Midgley recently resigned as a director
of Pangbourne as a result of a board reconstitution.
Mr Midgley was intimately involved in the listing of Hospitality when at Edward
Nathan and is familiar with the Hospitality group and will be in a position to
bring his valuable knowledge and experience to the board.
