RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Siyathenga linked unitholders are advised that all ordinary resolutions,
relating to the acquisition from Pangbourne Properties Limited of Boardwalk Two
(a shopping centre currently being developed on land adjacent to the existing
Boardwalk Shopping Centre in Richards Bay), proposed at the general meeting of
shareholders held on Friday, 14 December 2007 were approved unanimously by
shareholders represented in person and by proxy.
