NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements, as audited by the company`s auditors, Tuffias
Sandberg KSi, for the 15 months ended 30 June 2007, was dispatched today and
contains no material changes to the provisional results which were announced on
SENS on 28 September 2007.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be
held at the offices of the group at Unit E, Alphen Square West, George Road,
Randjespark Ext 66, Midrand on Monday, 18 February 2008 at 10h00.
