RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Nolene Owen from the board
of Acc-Ross with effect from 14 December 2007.
The board of directors of Acc-Ross would like to thank Nolene for the immense
contribution she made to the company, and wish her well in establishing her own
practice.
Nolene will remain available to Acc-Ross as a consultant during, and post, the
handover of her position to her replacement.
