DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED
HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES ("PPCIHB" and "PPCIHD")
With reference to the dividend announcement on 30 October 2007, the Directors of
Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited have declared final dividend of 166
cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 7 January 2008 to ordinary
shareholders and recorded in the books of the company at the close of business
on Friday, 4 January 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities, PPCIHB
and PPCIHD, will receive a Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited final
dividend of 166 cents per security payable on Monday, 7 January 2008 in terms of
the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and
Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to
participate in the dividend will be Thursday, 27 December 2007.
PPCIHB and PPCIHD Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex"
the dividend from the commencement of business on Friday, 28 December 2007, and
the record date will be Friday, 4 January 2008.
