TRUSTS.
In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 - 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that M H Wright Family Trust has
distributed the 7906 Gold Fields shares on Thursday, 20 December 2007 to various
Trusts set out below. Alan Wright, the Chairman of the Company is a Trustee and
a beneficiary of the M H Wright Family Trust.
