NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Astral Foods posted its audited financial statements for the financial year
ended 30 September 2007 to shareholders on 14 December 2007. No changes
were made to the results as published on SENS on 9 November 2007. Notice
is hereby given that the seventh Annual General Meeting of Astral Foods
will be held on Thursday 14 February 2008 at 08:00 in the Boardroom, Block
9, Boardwalk Office Park, 107 Haymeadow Crescent, Faerie Glen, Pretoria to
transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting
circulated together with the audited financial statements.
