In terms of the pre-listing statement of Blue Label Telecoms dated 26 October
2007, the bookrunner had an option from certain shareholders to allot R186 888
888 worth of Blue Label Telecoms shares as part of the Private Placing. This was
described in further detail on page 60 of the pre-listing statement.
Blue Label Telecoms has been advised by the bookrunner that 25 142 167 Blue
Label Telecoms shares were sold in terms of the further allotment option within
the 30 calendar day period after the listing date of 14 November 2007.
