With regard to the results for the year ended 30 June 2007, members are advised
that the annual financial statements posted to shareholders on the 21st December
2007 contain no modifications to the abridged results which were published on
SENS on the 28th September 2007.
Notice of the annual general meeting:-
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of members will be held
at the Company`s offices, Express House, 28 Durban Street, City and Suburban on
Monday 21st January 2008 at 9h30 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
