CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Daniel Nathan Reichenberg the
Financial Director of the Company, will, in addition to his present duties,
adopt the role of Company Secretary to Verimark with effect from 31 January
2008.
Premium Corporate Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd will resign as the current
Company Secretary effective the same day.
