CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Duncan Miller has resigned as a non-
executive director of Dialogue with effect from 31 December 2007 to pursue his
professional commitments.
Dialogue would like to thank Duncan for his valuable contribution over the past
few years.
Adele Cloete has been appointed as an executive director with effect from 1
January 2008. Adele has filled a number of human resource related positions
within Dialogue for the past 4 years and has made an invaluable contribution
throughout. Adele is currently the group human resources director.
